Yes. Sharlene has more than a decade of experience counselling married couples and is passionate about helping partners heal and enrich their marriages. The fit consultation considers whether the service is appropriate for both partners. Couples counselling does not provide court-purpose reports, emergency intervention or a guaranteed relationship outcome.
The service is available online first to suitable clients across the Caribbean. Because counselling rules and emergency arrangements vary by country or territory, your location is reviewed during the fit consultation. You will need a private space, a reliable connection and an agreed emergency contact location for each session.
No. It is a brief 20-minute scope, safety and practical check. It does not create a counselling relationship and you should not submit a detailed clinical history through the enquiry form.
Individual counselling is 50 minutes at USD 80 per session. Couples counselling is 50 minutes at USD 120 per session. Payment, cancellation and rescheduling terms are confirmed in writing before intake.
Information is kept private and used only for clear purposes. Confidentiality has limits where disclosure is required or justified by law, safeguarding or serious safety concerns. Full details are provided before counselling begins.
Emergency and crisis contacts vary across the Caribbean. If there is immediate danger, contact your local police or ambulance service. Clients in Trinidad and Tobago may call Police 999, Ambulance 811 or 800-COPE (2673) for a mental-health crisis.
Sharlene will explain the concern and, where possible, discuss referral options. A referral is part of responsible care and does not mean your concern is unimportant.
No. The service does not provide psychiatric treatment, medical diagnosis, medication advice, court-ordered assessment, forensic evaluation or court-purpose reports.
No. Email and messaging are for limited administrative communication such as arranging appointments. They are not used for counselling or emergency support.
No. Counselling is collaborative and outcomes vary. Goals and progress are reviewed, but no specific result or timetable can be promised.
